Purchase terms
What you receive, how to access your files and the conditions for immediate digital delivery.
1. Seller and scope
The seller is Justina Skurdelytė, trading as OUYOU under Lithuanian individual activity certificate No. 1428245. Address: Meiriškių g. 15, LT-10151 Vilnius, Lithuania. Phone: +370 663 75581. Email: hi@ouyou.lt. The seller is not VAT-registered. These terms cover the digital Detailed budget, Checklist for tradespeople, Interior planning guide and Complete home planning bundle, not individual interior design services, which require a separate agreement.
2. Product and price
The Detailed budget costs €29 and includes two Excel (.xlsx) workbooks in Lithuanian and English, each with a summary, detailed budget and instructions. The Checklist for tradespeople costs €19. The Interior planning guide costs €19. The Complete home planning bundle costs €49 and includes all three products: seven files in total. The Checklist for tradespeople includes four files: Lithuanian and English versions, each in PDF and editable Word (.docx) format. The Interior planning guide includes one 26-page PDF in Lithuanian. All prices are one-time payments. The guide is in Lithuanian; the budget and checklist include Lithuanian and English versions. No physical product is shipped. The final amount is displayed before payment. PDF files require a PDF reader; Word files require compatible document editing software; Excel workbooks require compatible spreadsheet software that supports the included formulas. Printing costs and any software you choose to buy are not included.
3. Ordering and payment
Read the product description and these terms before ordering. Website checkout requires your active acceptance of the terms and express consent to immediate delivery. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. OUYOU does not receive or store your card details. An order is confirmed when Stripe confirms successful payment; an unpaid or unsuccessful attempt does not grant access.
4. Delivery and access
Once payment is confirmed, access to the files is provided in My home and confirmation is sent to the email used at checkout. Sign in using that same email. Save your downloaded files on your device. If confirmation or access is missing, check your spam folder and contact hi@ouyou.lt with the checkout email and purchase reference. Temporary technical interruptions do not remove your statutory rights.
5. Immediate delivery and withdrawal
Before payment, you expressly consent to delivery of digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once delivery begins. We confirm this agreement by email. Where all these conditions are met, the supplied digital files cannot be returned merely because you changed your mind. If the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation was not obtained, statutory withdrawal rights remain. Where a withdrawal right applies, notify us within 14 days of the contract through the form at https://namai.ouyou.lt/pirkimo-taisykles?lang=en#atsisakymas or by email at hi@ouyou.lt, identifying the order, purchase date and checkout email and clearly stating that you withdraw. No reason is required. This exception does not remove rights concerning non-delivery, defective content or content that differs from its description.
6. Problems and refunds
If a file is missing, damaged, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact hi@ouyou.lt. You retain statutory rights to have the content brought into conformity and, where the legal conditions apply, to a price reduction or contract termination and refund. We do not apply a blanket no-refund rule to such claims. When a refund is due, it is made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline, normally through the original payment method. A full refund removes access to that purchase in My home.
7. Permitted use
You may save, print and edit the files for your own home project and share working copies with the designer or tradespeople involved in that project. Buying the files does not transfer copyright. You may not resell, publicly distribute, publish or offer the templates as your own product. The checklist is a coordination aid, not a property-specific technical design. Qualified responsible professionals must verify measurements, drawings, materials and technical solutions before work begins. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints and requests to hi@ouyou.lt. We provide a reasoned written response within 14 days of receipt. If the dispute is not resolved, a consumer may contact Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, https://vvtat.lrv.lt, or submit a request through https://www.vtis.lt. You may also seek judicial protection. Lithuanian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection applicable in their country of residence.
9. Data and changes
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy information at https://namai.ouyou.lt/privatumas?lang=en. The version of these terms accepted when ordering applies to that purchase; later changes do not retroactively change it. Version: 7 October 2026.
Withdraw from the contract here
Use this form where a statutory withdrawal right applies. Receipt confirms your statement, not automatic eligibility for a refund. Rights concerning defects remain even where the withdrawal exception applies.
